Hi, and welcome. I'm Michele Henshaw. Let me tell you a little about me…

I worked in the advertising and marketing industry for almost twenty years and let me tell you, I came across some pretty unhealthy businesses along the way. That's why, once I had responsibility for businesses and the people that build them, I made it my mission to improve their health and wellbeing. The result? The businesses thrived, became more profitable and gained lots of publicity – which is never a bad thing, so they tell me.

So, because I am just as dedicated to the wellbeing of business as to individuals, I offer a consultancy service that draws on both my business experience and my training as a coach.
